Emanuel

Today I attended a festival as a vendor. I was in the exact same spot as last year. My mom said what does that say at the top of that house? I then remembered that I had noticed something last year but I could not remember what it said. I looked up at the neon light that was not lit and focused on it for a minute and then remembered doing the same last year and quickly realized it said Emanuel.

As things began to wind down the gentleman that lived in the house came outside and began talking to me. As we talked I thought I should ask him the meaning behind the Emanuel Neon Light. I asked him what it meant thinking he would say he knew someone with that name or......I am really not sure what I thought he would say. He looked at me and said "God is with us". I said wow ok. He looked at me strange. I told him the story of my mom bringing it to my attention and I added I have a studio space up the road and there was a plant there a couple of months ago and we were supposed to pick out names or vote for a name. The name I came up with was Emanuel. I have no idea why I picked that name just because it came to mind, I guess. I seem to have instances like this happening all around me to the point sometimes I think I am losing my ever loving mind. I know I am not I have just become more open and receptive to ideas and all the energy around me!

The nice gentleman told me he had not taken it down since Christmas a few years ago and he thought it was perfect for the holidays. I told him to leave it up and light it because we definitely need more of that in our world. He had a stiff drink in his hand and gave me an air toast and told me he was done for the day, I laughed and said I know exactly what you mean. Today was a good day.

I found my inspiration today and the person doesn't even know he was my inspiration (it was not the man that lived in the house) It was in fact, a man that actually gave me more of a sense of calm down lady get your life together it will all be just fine! How do I know these things, I have no idea but I try not to even question it anymore. Thank you for making an appearance today. I am beyond intrigued.
