You know the phrase there is always that one bad apple? How about, there is always that one person. You know like the weakest link? That one person who is so fake and pretends not to be but you can see through their bullshit? They figure out you can see through their bullshit? One of those type situations. I have been dealing with it for about 10 months. I cannot lie I was starting to get a bit nervous because people like that will say whatever to save their own ass. I no longer have to worry about that person because they no longer work in the vicinity where I do. I am not happy anyone lost their job or "resigned" but I knew from about the second week he was on bullshit and I was not wrong! However, this time I handled it different. I pointed out when asked and I was totally honest. Before I would have never been dishonest if asked but definitely would have avoided even talking about it. Now maybe I can refocus actually......I've got this!
